About Nicole Zingale

Nicole Zingale and the Kurtin Ryba Group team are deeply dedicated to connecting people to the home and communities they love. Nicole is passionate about real estate and committed to providing a seamless, informed, and supportive experience for every client she works with. Being in property management for several years, Nicole has a strong background in both residential and commercial leasing, gaining valuable experience and insight into the local market. 

Nicole is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where she earned her degree from the Lubar School of Business in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. Her academic background, combined with years of hands-on leasing experience, allows her to approach real estate with both strategic thinking and a client-first mindset. Nicole lives in downtown Milwaukee and loves being part of the vibrant energy of the city. Outside of working with clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, boating in Door County, and hiking Wisconsin’s scenic trails.
